This network is dedicated to all beautiful blue haired anime characters!

Rules:

• Must be following me (dollywaifu)
• Be a either a Japanese, Kawaii or Anime blog
• Remember your gender does NOT have to correspond to your characters gender

• Hair can be any shade of blue
• I will be accepting 11 people for now (more later)
